Your Role

Key Responsibilities

Lifestyle Management

• End-to-end concierge services: hotel, spa, wellness, restaurant reservations and cancellations.
• Personal calendar management for family members across time zones.
• Special occasion planning: birthdays, anniversaries, private events.
• Arranging personal shopping, gifting, and bespoke experiences.
• Coordinating with stylists, personal chefs, nannies, drivers, and domestic staff.
  
  

Travel & Logistics

• End-to-end travel planning including flights, accommodations, transfers, and itineraries.
• Visa and travel documentation coordination.
• Real-time itinerary adjustments during travel.
• Research and bookings for exclusive destinations, resorts, and private villas.
  
  

Executive Support

• Scheduling and rescheduling business meetings, calls, and appointments.
• Inbox and calendar management in coordination with executive teams.
• Preparing meeting briefs, summaries, and travel packages.
• Coordination between personal and business priorities seamlessly.
  
  

Household & Vendor Coordination

• Liaising with household staff and third-party service providers.
• Managing home maintenance schedules, deliveries, and special requests.
• Overseeing bill payments, memberships, and subscriptions.
  
  

Research & Planning

• Sourcing premium services, unique experiences, and products.
• Conduct ad hoc research across lifestyle, education, wellness, and travel domains.
  
  

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Prior experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or families is highly preferred.
• Polished communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong discretion and trustworthiness; able to handle confidential information.
• Extremely organized with a proactive, “can-do” mindset.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital calendars, travel platforms, and concierge tools.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and odd hours if needed.
