We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will play a key role in achieving the stores sales targets and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
  • Help customers select products that meet their needs and preferences
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Participate in stock management and inventory control

Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • With previous sales experience (retail experience is an advantage)
  • Confident in approaching and speaking with customers
  • No visible tattoos
  • Can start ASAP (one-day hiring process)
  • Must be willing to work onsite at SM Megamall
