The position exists to support the team with professional photo and video editing while handling essential administrative tasks. Due to time constraints, the team needs dedicated support to maintain high-quality visual content and marketing materials, allowing them to focus on client relationships and sales.

The Impact you’ll make

Visual Content Creation

• Edit photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere


• Maintain consistent editing style per client preferences


• Create social media visuals using Canva and Capcut


• Support with content idea generation

Administrative Support

• Manage client emails and paperwork


• Update Dotloop management system


• Handle phone calls via Dialer


• Process documentation

Marketing Support

• Create social media content


• Manage Listings to Lead


• Draft and rewrite emails using Magic Tool


• Maintain content quality with Grammarly

System Management

• Organize digital assets


• Update property listings


• Maintain documentation


• Monitor communication channels

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• 2+ years experience with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere


• 1+ years social media content creation experience


• 1+ years experience with marketing and editing tools


• Proven track record in administrative tasks


• Demonstrated experience with CRM or management systems

What to expect...


Work Setup:

• Remote position


• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday from 1 PM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)


• 20 hours per week

Compensation:

• $7 per hour
