In this role, you will develop and execute promotional activities such as mega campaigns to drive platform growth and to establish the consumption mentality of platform users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce promotion activities such as mega campaigns and other campaigns to drive platform growth and to establish the e-commerce consumption mentality of platform users
• Familiar with the merchandise strategy for campaigns, be able to plan key metrics for recruitment coverage
• Responsible for full-cycle campaign project management; planning, hands-on execution, real-time monitoring, and reporting
• Conduct post-mortem campaign analysis to identify innovative improvements in campaign performance and processes
• Good market insights involve understanding competitors' strategies and tactics to formulate competitive strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality of campaign execution
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end e-commerce campaign management
• Proven experience in handling merchandise strategy for campaigns
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree with working experience in e-commerce, specialising in campaigns or livestream
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
