About Us

We are a growing music label with a catalogue of over 700 songs across genres like lullabies, meditation, yoga, and more. To enhance our presence on YouTube and boost streaming, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Creator to help us design and upload engaging, long-form videos using our music library.

Job Responsibilities

• Create Long-Play Videos: Design and assemble long-play videos from our music catalogue for YouTube, with a focus on meeting YouTube’s algorithm preferences for longer content.
• Video Composition: Use still images, mixed song selections, and different categories (e.g., lullabies, meditation) to produce cohesive and engaging videos.
• Metadata Optimization: Add text overlays, searchable keywords, and relevant descriptions to optimize videos for YouTube search.
• Label Imprint: Ensure every video contains our label’s branding and imprint information.
• Content Variation: Create varied collections and lengths of videos by mixing songs in different styles and categories, targeting specific audiences.
• Maintain Quality and Consistency: Ensure all videos meet a consistent quality standard and align with our brand aesthetic.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with video creation/editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Familiarity with YouTube’s algorithm, best practices for video SEO, and the importance of long-form content.
• Ability to design and produce videos with still images and music-only formats.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of content across categories.
• Creativity in curating song collections and visuals that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Basic knowledge of metadata and keywords for video optimization on YouTube.

• Experience in music or media content creation is a plus.
