We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our recruitment and human resources functions. This role involves candidate outreach, backend recruitment tasks, social media management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Outreach & Coordination:

  • Contact candidates who have completed the initial application but did not proceed with the next steps.
  • Follow up with no-show candidates and coordinate rescheduling of interviews.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication to nurture candidate relationships.


Recruitment Support:

  • Assist recruiters with paper-screening applicants to identify qualified candidates.
  • Support passive sourcing efforts to build a talent pipeline.
  • Upload candidate credentials and other relevant documents to cloud storage systems.
  • Ensure all candidate records are accurately maintained and updated.


Social Media Management:

  • Create and post job openings on various social media platforms.
  • Assist in managing social media outreach to attract potential candidates.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries on social media channels.


Administrative Support:

  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support HR and recruitment teams.
  • Assist with other HR-related administrative duties as needed.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Monday.com, Zoom, and MS Teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must have an active LinkedIn account.
  • Amenable to work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of basic recruitment processes and passive sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and platforms.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600 - $700 + $50 Allowance per month

Note: This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines and Kosovo.
