Vendor Management Senior Lead

What you will be doing:

• Overall project lead and coordinator for all sourcing requirements for Maya Bank in tandem with the Procurement category leads / buyers.
• Perform Vendor Due Diligence activities for monitored vendors. Activities include Vendor Risk Assessment, Financial Health Analysis, Business Continuity Process Analysis, Performance Management, Sanction Screening, and other due diligence requirements.
• Manage the vendor contracts for Maya Bank.
• Manage vendor disputes for Maya Bank vendors.
• Address any open audit items related to procurement and vendor management for Maya Bank.
• Ensure that the procurement policies and processes adhere to the standards set by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
• Assist the Procurement Manager in managing and facilitating the Outsourcing Steering Committee (OSC).
• Handles Procurement and Vendor related audit of Maya Bank.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Experience in financial services or banking industry is a plus.
• Has at least 5 years of procurement experience (Tactical procurement and category management).
• Has at least 5 years of experience in Vendor Management.
• Knowledgeable with the basic procurement concepts.
• Proficient in system applications (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Ariba, SAP).
