As the key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, you’ll oversee event details, maintain vendor compliance, and build strong relationships to deliver exceptional experiences. Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Source vendors from our 21,000+ vendor community for events in alignment with Client

needs and wants

● Coordinating, executing and monitoring assigned events and vending locations

● Serve as the lead contact for the vendor community for events and vending opportunities

● Liaise with the Account Managers for client needs & wants

● Manage all vendor centric elements of the event including:

• Preparing run of shows
• Event changes: everything from changing menu items, to the number of
• eaters, to the truck itself
• Event follow-up: happiness makes our world go round and we want to
• know that our events are a win for the client, for the vendor and for us.
• Event administration: collecting invoices and ensuring our partners are
• paid in a timely manner

● Liaise with the Vendor Success team to maintain vendor compliance

● Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams

● Identify and execute on opportunities for vendors to utilize the Roaming Hunger platform and products to enhance their business

● Maintain all administration and the Roaming Hunger database
