Position Overview:
Vital Virtuals LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical and Dental Scribe Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical terminology, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting. As a Medical/Dental Scribe Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in transcribing and documenting patient encounters, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records.
Responsibilities:
Transcribe physician-patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
Document medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and other clinical information in electronic medical records (EMRs) or other designated formats.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Review and edit transcribed reports for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and communicating with patients as needed.
Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and industry trends to ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Medical/Dental Scribe or similar role in a healthcare setting.
Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Strong typing skills and proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) or similar software.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical/Dental Scribe or completion of a medical scribe training program.
Experience with telemedicine platforms and virtual healthcare services.
Familiarity with medical coding and billing processes.

Flexible remote work schedule.
Hourly Compensation: $5/hr for first 3 months and $6/hr after 3 months of probation (Above-average salary is between 800 - 1000 USD per month)

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro at 32/64-bit - *Genuine
CPU: Intel Core i5 8th gen and above or AMD equivalent
Memory: at least 8GB RAM
Power Backup (Power pack): Generator to last for at least 4 hr in case of outage.
Internet subscription/speed: At least 50 Mbps (DSL/Fiber only); LTE connection not accepted
Headset w/ mic (Recommended: Plantronics Audio 628 Stereo USB Headset)
Webcam: HD 720p/1080p (Recommended: A4Tech PK-910H)
