We're Hiring: VA Enrollment Specialist!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive VA Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Pasig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage credentialing and re-credentialing processes for home care providers, ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the credentialing database, ensuring data integrity and providing exceptional customer information management
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, delivering timely updates on application statuses and addressing inquiries via email and phone communication
  • Conduct thorough research to support the credentialing process, proactively identifying and resolving complex issues to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned to support department goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, focused on resolving complex issues and deescalating provider concerns
  • Experience in credentialing processes is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information to resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills to proactively address challenges
  • Proficiency in database management and maintaining accurate records
  • Exceptional follow-up, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to keep providers informed and satisfied
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required
  • Associate degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Relevant experience in credentialing or healthcare operations may be considered in lieu of a degree
