Role Overview

We seek a high-potential Junior Product Manager eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of Splurge Art’s product vision. This role is designed for a creative, business-minded individual passionate about AI, digital art, and community-driven platforms. You’ll work closely with the CEO/Founder, gaining hands-on experience in product leadership, strategy, and execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape Splurge Art’s future while developing skills for long-term career growth in product management.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Collaborate on refining the product roadmap and prioritizing features (e.g., AI model updates, community-driven tools) aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Partner with engineering teams to optimize AI art tools (e.g., prompt-based image generation, avatar creation).
• Review UI/UX designs to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Market & User Insights

• Analyze competitors and emerging trends in AI art and social platforms to identify growth opportunities.
• Gather user feedback through surveys, community engagement, and data analysis (e.g., user engagement metrics, contest participation).

Monetization & Growth

• Support the development of revenue strategies (e.g., in-app purchases, premium memberships, subscription models).
• Assist in designing campaigns to boost user acquisition and retention.
• Formulate strategy for growing user base and increasing retention rate and engagement of users..

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with engineering, design, and community teams to execute product launches
• Document product requirements, user stories, and sprint plans using Agile methodologies.

Ownership & Leadership Development

• Gradually take on autonomy in decision-making for feature prioritization, timelines, and user-facing updates.
• Participate in strategic discussions to shape Splurge Art’s long-term vision, including international expansion and AI innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Business Acumen: Interest in monetization models and market positioning.
• Technical Curiosity: Enthusiasm for AI/ML tools and generative art trends.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data to inform decisions on user engagement and revenue.
• Communication: Clear articulation of ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Creativity: Examples of innovative projects showcasing problem-solving and user empathy.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Management or related fields. Fresh graduates welcome with demonstrated initiative.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Any projects or initiatives that’s related to launching an app or growing its user base
• Any participation in hackathons or business case competitions
• Familiarity with digital art communities or creative platforms.
• Basic UI/UX design knowledge
