Utility Staff

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. is a recruitment process outsourcing company with over 300 employees nationwide. Tahche has been in the industry for over 10 years supporting different US-based partners in IT, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Administrative, and accounting industries in expanding their offshore team in the Philippines.

We are seeking a reliable Utility Staff member to join our team. The Utility Staff will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation and cleanliness of our facilities. This includes assisting with janitorial duties, maintaining equipment, and providing general support to our team as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute to a positive working environment.

This is a full-time role and on a Work in the office (Cebu) work setup.

Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing supplies as needed.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings, events, or activities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Provide general support to other staff members as needed, including assisting with tasks outside of typical duties.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial or utility work preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures preferred.
