MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Operations Manager!

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing technology, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM,Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Management

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of technology stack, including automation,

CRM, analytics, and other relevant tools.

  • Ensure seamless integration of systems and platforms for data consistency and accuracy

Data Management and Analysis

  • Manage data, including data hygiene, segmentation, and database maintenance
  • Use data analytics to gain insights into performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable

insights to teams.

Campaign Optimization

  • Collaborate with teams to optimize campaigns, including email , lead generation, digital advertising,

and content .

  • Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and

channels.

  • Monitor campaign spending and ROI, providing regular reports to leadership

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Streamline workflows and establish best practices for operations

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and IT, to align operations with

overall business objectives.

  • Communicate performance and insights to leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • MBA degree holder
  • Proven experience in operations, technology management, or a related role
  • Proficiency in automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems, and analytics

tools.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of best practices, digital channels, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with budget management and financial acumen

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly salary of 80,000 - 150,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
  • New hire bonus of 5,000
  • Monthly Risk Allowance of 2,000
