Job Description
- To deliver Invoices (daily basis if needed)
- To collect payments from customers (daily basis if needed)
- Assist Admin to encode status of delivered invoices/collections.
- To deliver documents for signature of signatories
- Other support services like going to notary, government offices such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF, City Hall etc.
- Encode / filling docs
Qualifications:
- At least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
- Attention to detail
- MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Filing skills
