- Assisting US-based healthcare clinics with administrative and clinical tasks
- Managing patient records, appointments, and insurance verifications.
- Handling medical documentation
- Providing virtual patient support and follow-ups (inbound/outbound)
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
- Up to PHP 35K package (depending on relevant years of experience)
- Government-mandated benefits

- Open to individuals with a medical degree or relevant experience (e.g., Nurse, Midwife, Physical Therapist – no license required)
- Manage and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Provide virtual patient support, including follow-ups via inbound and outbound communication
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Experience or a degree in the medical field is required
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant is a plus
- Familiarity with medical administrative tasks; EMR/EHR knowledge preferred
- Must be open to work onsite
