What You'll Do
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment issues
Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Review and verify invoice accuracy and approvals
What We're Looking For
3+ years of accounts payable experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience With US Accounting Standards Preferred
