Job description
We are looking for customer service representatives that will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Successful CSR’s are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Everyday
customer service representatives will put themselves in their customer’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least Senior High Graduate
- 1-2 years Customer Service work experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail or meticulous
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Articulate and Persuasive Communicator)
- Basic computer navigation skills
- We are looking for a confident presenter, delivering impactful messages with clarity and poise
- Confident Speakers, Engaging public speaker and captivating storyteller
Job Type: Full-time
