HR SUPERVISOR

The HRAD Supervisor for Operations oversees the implementation and management of HRAD programs and initiatives for the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers on performance-related issues.
Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; update policies as needed.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Data Management: Maintain employee records and manage HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Baccalaureate Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration
With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication and presentation skills
