Design and implement comprehensive training programs and curricula
Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps
Develop training materials, manuals, and resources
Conduct training sessions and workshops
Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience with learning management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field
Proven track record in program development
