  • Must be a graduate of any Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, MedTech, Pharmacy, PT, RadTech, etc.)
  • With at least 6 months of BPO or Customer Service experience handling US Healthcare account (preferably voice account and Prior Authorization knowledge)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Amenable to work on night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to work on-site
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to start immediately


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based healthcare customers
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing concerns, and medical-related inquiries
  • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Use medical knowledge to understand customer needs and provide the appropriate solutions
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., claims, benefits) for proper case resolution
  • Uphold HIPAA standards and data confidentiality
