We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Manager to lead our Technical Account team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid technical background, enabling them to effectively manage client relationships and drive project success.

What You'll Do
Lead a team of technical account managers to ensure high-quality client service
Monitor project progress and performance metrics to optimize outcomes
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service execution
Prepare reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and project status
Train and mentor team members to enhance their professional growth
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role within a technical environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven track record in managing client accounts successfully
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
