Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting, preferably for US-based roles.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
