The HR Executive Secretary will provide top-tier administrative and secretarial support to the HR Head. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR Division and contributing to the success of various HR initiatives and programs.

- Provide administrative support including encoding memos, letters, reports, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage the HR Head’s calendar.
- Facilitate information collation and ensure timely provision of reports and logistics.
- Monitor division plans/projects and report progress.
- Organize travel arrangements and manage division-wide events.
- Lead workplace programs (e.g., 5S, Safety & Security, Emergency Response).
- Promote team camaraderie through HR Huddles, celebrations, and team activities.
- Handle communication cascades and manage queries.
- Prepare and monitor division budget and ensure proper document keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality and decide on appropriate disclosure levels.
- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or business-related course with above-average academic performance.
- With at least two (2) years of work experience, including at least one (1) year of providing administrative support to an executive
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
