We are looking for a proactive and skilled Major Incident Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management, ensuring swift resolution of critical incidents to minimize impact on business operations.

What You'll Do
Lead the response to major incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Analyze incident data to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders during incidents and post-incident reviews.
Develop and maintain incident management processes and documentation.
Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
Train team members on incident management best practices.
Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and organizational standards.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident or service management.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams during crisis situations.
