The focus of the specialist will be on rental license renewal, processing lead inspection certificates, coordinating with the turn team for maintenance items, and handling O&RS cases (following the O&RS scope of support) when licenses and certificates are up to date and cases are manageable.
Job Description
> Assisting in gathering the necessary documentation and information for license renewal
> Coordinating with the appropriate authorities or agencies to ensure timely submission of renewal applications
> Tracking and monitoring the status of license renewal applications
> Providing support in scheduling and coordinating lead inspection appointments
> Assisting in the collection and organization of lead inspection certificates
> Updating relevant systems or databases with the renewal and inspection information
> Communicating with property owners and stakeholders regarding the status and requirements of license renewal and lead inspection
> Collaborating with other teams or departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
Key Qualifications
> High-level communication skills
> Proficient in speaking conversational English (phone)
> Proficient in writing conversational English (text & email)
> Provide clear and legible communication on all platforms
> Strong understanding of customer service and customer retention
> High attention to sensitive details
> High level of personal organization
> Must be flexible and adapt to change

> Must be a TEAM player
> This team is very tight-knit and operates based on awesome teamwork
> Team skills are a must for a high volume of cases and endorsements
