The District Manager (DM) oversees Professional Medical Representatives (PMRs) in a designated area, responsible for sales growth and team leadership. Key responsibilities include coaching PMRs, meeting sales targets, guiding territory plans, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop PMRs in the district.
- Drive business growth by meeting sales targets and adhering to policies.
- Segment portfolios, set goals, and guide territory plans for PMRs.
- Monitor and provide feedback on PMR performance.
- Manage sales records and expand operations.
- Ensure adherence to call and Salesforce Effectiveness parameters.
- Manage district staffing and recruitment.
- Foster personal and professional growth for team members.
- Collaborate internally and externally with key partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managerial or supervisory roles.
- Track record in sales within a similar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
