The Digital Products and Channels Group team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of UI/UX Tech Lead.

In this role, you will oversee the project timeline and scope for the Scrum team, collaborating with the Product Owner and Scrum Master on prioritization, defining and estimating business requirements, and translating them into software tasks, while leading the development team in analysis, estimation, technical delivery, and code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding and security standards, monitoring sprint progress, and troubleshooting production issues.

What the role will entail

• Plan, design, test, and maintain web and API business applications while ensuring high software quality standards.
• Guide team development efforts, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with technical standards and strategic objectives.
• Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application issues, participating in peer reviews of solution designs and code.
• Collaborate with the development team and Product Owner to define, estimate, and translate business requirements into specific software tasks.

What we’re looking for

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related course is highly preferred
• With 5-8 years of experience as a Technical Lead or in an equivalent role
• Experience in the banking, financial apps, or FinTech sectors is a strong advantage.
• Advanced knowledge in handling mobile application projects, microservice web applications, and proficiency in the Azure platform.
• Advanced project management skills with experience in various SDLC methodologies and the ability to lead multiple assignments successfully.
• Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to mentor teams, lead ideation sessions, and influence stakeholders without authority.
