The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development team and clients to ensure that our designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Responsibilities:

• Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and testing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Communicate design ideas and decisions effectively to clients and team members
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. - Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
