The Turnover Officer oversees the end-to-end turnover process of residential units, ensuring quality standards and timely handover to clients. S/he leads a team of engineers and staff to deliver seamless unit inspections, punch list resolutions, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (PRC).
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in unit turnover, construction, or property management.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of engineers or staff handling unit turnovers.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig and to project sites as required.
- Oversees and manages the turnover process of residential units to buyers, ensuring units are ready within prescribed timelines.
- Supervises and mentors a team of turnover engineers/staff to ensure smooth coordination and adherence to company standards.
- Reviews unit inspection reports, monitors punch list closures, and ensures quality standards are met prior to client move-in.
- Coordinates with Project Development, Construction, and Customer Care teams for the resolution of unit concerns.
- Prepares and implements turnover work plans and schedules, ensuring efficient team deployment and target achievement.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Provides regular progress updates and turnover reports to management.
- Supports continuous process improvement initiatives for turnover operations.
