Turnover Associate (Property Management - Bulacan site)

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Processing and issuance of Authority to Move-in / Move-out
2. Processing and issuance of Renovating Permit
3. Processing of Construction bond refund
4. Preparation of RFP’s for monthly expense (Meralco, TLUI-ATD, ICT, Garbage Hauling, Revolving fund, etc)
5. Monitoring and releasing of TCT, DOAS and other documents on real estate mortgage
6. Computation of Real Property Tax
7. Monitoring and updating of HOA
8. Billing of HOA monthly dues in
9. Preparation and monitoring of department’s office sup[plies/request
10. Attend buyer’s concerns and complaints (walk in and phone calls)
11. Provide reports to Department Heads/Managers
12. Updating of move-in and move-out status in PMS
13. Perform others tasks as may be assigned by Immediate Superior and Management from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
o A graduate of any four year related course
o At least 3-5year experience specializing property management, turnover & admin works or equivalent
o Proficient in communication skills and customer service
o With good working attitude, a team player and quick learner
o Well-organized and detailed-oriented
o Pro-active and results-driven
o Can work with minimum supervision and willing to render overtime
