Factory Operations Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in similar field
- must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in personal care/ personal and home care production experience.
- must know GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) with regards production (experience in cosmetics, Homecare and personal care production an advantage).
- has an in-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
- has excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.
- amenable to work in Bulacan area.
- can start asap!!

Duties & Responsibilities:
- oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.
- plan workers’ schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.
- organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- monitor production to resolve issues
- supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
- ensure output meets quality standards
- enforce health and safety precautions
