We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Specialist to support our global financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service across multiple business units.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Specialist to support our global financial operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Process international payments through various online bank portals.
- Confirm payment transactions in SAP, Dynamics, and NetSuite systems.
- Handle payment cancellation requests promptly and accurately.
- Issue Acknowledgement Receipts for one-time payments from customers across all business units.
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions to maintain compliance and efficiency.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or payment processing roles.
- Must be proficient in using SAP, Dynamics, and NetSuite (or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of banking portals and payment processes.
- Experience and knowledge in international payment processes is highly preferred.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig on a hybrid working set-up (2 days onsite per week)
