- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Travbest Travel & Tours Co. offerings to effectively recommend travel solutions.
- Facilitate travel bookings, and itinerary changes, and handle special requests in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Address customer feedback, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service are met.
- Designing and organizing unique travel experiences.
- Ensuring travel itineraries meet client's expectations and needs.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
- Offering exceptional customer service and support before and during the travel.
- Minimum Diploma degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field.
- Proficiency in the English Language.
- Resilient scheduling and itinerary coordination abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address travel-related challenges.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
- Capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Predominantly office-based with potential for travel.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate client time zones.
- Flexibility to work with different cultures and languages.
- Affinity for travel and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
