Travel Booking Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Booking Specialist to assist clients in planning unforgettable vacations. In this role, you will serve as a travel expert, providing personalized destination guidance and booking accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and more. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget
• Recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel packages tailored to client needs
• Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, tours, and travel insurance
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and itinerary options
• Stay current on travel trends, supplier promotions, and industry policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related issues quickly and professionally
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology, including online booking platforms and CRM tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Disney destinations, cruise lines, all-inclusive resorts, and major tour operators
• Ability to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously
