Your Role:

The T &E Analyst has an amazing opportunity to support Shared Services T & E Manager by handling the daily operations of the Travel & Expense corporate credit card products and systems. This person will assist with expense report processing & ensuring compliance to policies through auditing, reporting and analytics. This position will collaborate and provide assistance to The Shared Services T & E Manager to administer global credit card program and special projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Review & audit credit card & employee expense reports for compliance with Company Policy and Procedures
• Assist with credit card applications, inquiries, problems and/or requests.
• Answers questions regarding policy interpretation when necessary. Updates training documentation as needed.
• Assists in the reconciliation of accounts related to travel and expense, and credit cards.
• Prepares regular and ad hoc reports, analyses and metrics as required to support policy compliance. Ensures compliance with corporate credit card and T&E policies.
• Supports and provides backup to the Credit Card Manager. Assists in special projects as needed.
  
  

What You Need

• Knowledge processing & administering T & E.
• Prior experience with T&E administration & auditing
• Must have intermediate to advance skill level in Excel. Ability to work with large data, pivot tables, formulas, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• Must demonstrate excellent internal customer service responsiveness.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with all levels of personnel in large organizations distributed throughout the company.
• Must be deadline oriented and ability to handle multiple, competing priorities on individual and team assignments.
• Knowledge of MS Office products
