Responsibility Statements

  • Drives training teams, by coaching, developing, and evaluating the performance of trainers/establishing priorities.
  • Provides specific feedback on training delivery and facilitation to the trainers.
  • Manages overall training delivery including delegating, reviewing, and monitoring tasks delivered by the trainers.
  • Manages training needs identification and consulting with account managers, to set business priorities.
  • Conducts advanced level training for supervisors and managers for products, tools, and processes.
  • Liaises with vendors and stakeholders to bridge training gaps.
  • Reviews and designs training content.
  • Responsible for creating and/or validating online courses in the LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Provides reports on training investment, including dashboards with stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
