- Coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
- Makes decisions based on policies, procedures, and business plans.
- Receives guidance from manager.
- May not perform the work supervised.
- Understands and applies concepts in the field of expertise.
- Has basic knowledge of other disciplines.
- Understands how to improve efficiency across related teams.
- Impacts the quality and effectiveness of the team and its contribution to the subfunction.
- Mentors employees and sets priorities to meet daily deadlines.
- Resolves day-to-day technical and operational problems.
- Uses tact to exchange information and manage sensitive issues.
- Drives training teams, by coaching, developing, and evaluating the performance of trainers/establishing priorities.
- Provides specific feedback on training delivery and facilitation to the trainers.
- Manages overall training delivery including delegating, reviewing, and monitoring tasks delivered by the trainers.
- Manages training needs identification and consulting with account managers, to set business priorities.
- Conducts advanced level training for supervisors and managers for products, tools, and processes.
- Liaises with vendors and stakeholders to bridge training gaps.
- Reviews and designs training content.
- Responsible for creating and/or validating online courses in the LMS (Learning Management System).
- Provides reports on training investment, including dashboards with stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
