Training Coordinator
Do you have the knack with Excel and reports?

Are you someone who is keen with details ?
The Training Coordinator will assist the Training and Development team in facilitating the administrative tasks of the Department. You will also monitor day-to- day activities ranging from observation and documentation to reports consolidation. You’ll be basically the glue that ties the whole Training department together!

The Training Coordinator will assist the Training and Development team in facilitating the administrative tasks of the Department. You will also monitor day-to- day activities ranging from observation and documentation to reports consolidation. You’ll be basically the glue that ties the whole Training department together!
Responsibilities
You will have an opportunity to
- Send all training details to Recruitment team
- Provide administrative tasks to the Training and Development Team
- Support trainers with class room facilitation ( training arrangements/system request s)
- Maintain and update reports (t rackers, related trainin g materials, schedules, etc.)
- Manag e post- training initiatives (evaluations, class surveys, feedback, etc . )
- Monitor training issues and concerns
- Coordinate with di fferent departments related to t raining activities
- Ad-hoc tasks, as required
What we’re looking for :
- Possess High school diploma
- Has 2 years’ experience as Admin or Coordinator
- Excellent MS Excel proficiency is vital for the role
- Flexibility to work autonomously in a start- up environment, where constant change abounds
- Highly Analytical and c an deal with complex situation s
- Highly organize d and proactive
- Detail-o riented
- Superior written and verbal English language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office expertise
- Ability to wo rk in a 24/ 7 rotating shift environment. Night shifts will be required
