- Graduate of BS Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or Aircraft Maintenance Technology
- With at least 2–3 years experience in training coordination or authorizations in an aviation/MRO setting
- Familiar with aviation regulatory standards (EASA, CAAP, FAA, ICAO)
- Knowledgeable in training records management, authorizations matrix, and competency tracking
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with AMOS, TRMS, or any LMS is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Holding a valid Aircraft Maintenance License or Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus
