Tour Amigo is looking for a Junior Finance Officer to support day-to-day operational finance, with a strong focus on cash flow visibility, budget discipline, and clean financial data. This role is critical to keeping the business financially grounded as it scales.
You’ll work closely with operations to ensure our financial systems reflect reality, risks are surfaced early, and decisions are backed by accurate data. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and improving how things work.

Role Overview
You'll be supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with ownership of cash flow tracking, budget monitoring, and the accuracy of our financial data. This role plays a key part in keeping our finance function organised and reliable – improving visibility for leadership, tightening processes, and ensuring our accounting systems accurately reflect how the business is actually performing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly cash flow tracking, forecasting, and variance alerts
- Monitor cash implications of operational decisions, supplier costs, and revenue timing
- Maintain and clean accounting software (labels, chart of accounts, reconciliations, audit trails)
- Prepare monthly spend summaries and support budget vs. actual reporting
- Support future budget creation through data gathering and model upkeep
- Reconcile bank transactions, invoices, and payment flows
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure correct coding and timely approvals
- Assist with month-end close tasks and finance documentation
- Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and propose improvements

Profile
