JOB SUMMARY
- Ensure that all Company’s Tools / Equipment and Materials are properly handled thru Monitoring and Reporting
ROLE FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Preventive Maintenance of Tools and Equipment
- Process delivery of Tools and Equipment to A+ Logistics
- Maintain and follow orderliness and cleanliness of ASU work area
- Adhere to established Company Policies, Quality and Safety procedures
- To actively participate on Company, Quality, Safety, and Security programs and activities
- Perform cyclical count
- Acceptance, Inspection and Binning of Newly Arrived items Reporting
- To actively participate in all Regulatory, Safety, and Security program
- To deploy and assist the Business continuity program once the Emergency Response Procedure applied during calamities and Business treats or / and instability.
- Responsible to address any operational, quality and safety issues that affects ASU tools and equipment operations and processes.
- Support AOG situations
- Monitor HP/LP Nitrogen stock
- Tool Discrepancy Reporting
- Ship-out and Receiving process
- Preparation of C&E replenishments to outstation
- Uploading of documents in the System
- Hold/Quarantine items Reporting
- Tool for Repair Reporting
- PM Reporting
- PME and Shelf Life Reporting
- Purchase of AOG Requirement
- Purchase Request of Tools & Equipment and C&E
- Tools & Equipment and C&E Disposal
- Loan and Rental Reporting
- Inventory Report
- Tools & Equipment Inspection
- Inventory System Handling
- DG Handling
- Actively participate on all ASU activities (i.e. monitoring, reports, weekly/monthly meeting, etc.)
- Supervise and guide Jr. Tool Handling officer
- Responsible to follow any instructions given by his/her superior
LEVEL OF AUTHORITY
- Authority to withdraw and approve company materials with approval of Authorized Approver or Superior
- Transact with other section/department for work related concern.
- Timekeeping application
- Issuance and Acceptance of tools and equipment
- Has the authority to give instruction to JR and Associate Tool Handling Officer for work related task
- Has the authority to coordinate and answer tool availability query
- Has the authority to report any irregularities to the Supervisor and suggest improvement processes for the quality and safety of the working environment
