Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Conceptualize, produce, and star in daily video content for Jiggly's TikTok and Instagram Reels accounts
- Develop creative ideas that align with current social media trends and Jiggly's brand identity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports overall brand strategy and campaigns
- Focus on creating viral-worthy content to increase organic impressions and followers
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategies
- Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Act as the face of Jiggly in social media content, embodying the brand's values and personality
- Engage with followers through comments, duets, and other platform-specific features to build community
- Participate in relevant challenges and trends that align with Jiggly's brand image
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring fresh content is published daily
- Organize and manage a content calendar to plan future posts and campaigns
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely execution of content ideas
- Exercise creative freedom in content creation while adhering to brand guidelines
- Propose and implement new content formats and ideas to keep the brand's social presence fresh and engaging
- Adapt quickly to emerging trends and incorporate them into Jiggly's content strategy
Technical Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in creating short-form video content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Basic photography and videography skills, including lighting and composition
- Excellent on-camera presence and acting abilities
- Strong creative writing skills and ability to craft engaging scripts and captions
- Exceptional time management and ability to work under pressure to meet daily content demands
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into content creation process
- Self-motivated and proactive in generating new content ideas
- Adaptable and flexible in responding to rapidly changing social media trends
- Comfortable with receiving public feedback and engaging with an online audience
- Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
- Willingness to experiment with new content formats and ideas
- Portfolio of previous social media content, demonstrating ability to create engaging short-form videos
- Familiarity with the Jiggly brand and its target audience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for timely content creation
- Comfortable with using own image and likeness as the face of the brand on social media platforms
- Passion for the product category and ability to authentically represent the brand
