This position is essential for providing high-level support in stakeholder management and administrative coordination for a dynamic consulting environment. We're seeking a proactive professional who can take initiative and independently manage tasks with minimal supervision. The role will focus on ensuring smooth client communications, efficient calendar management, and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders while handling critical administrative functions.

The Impact you’ll make

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate outreach to stakeholders and existing clients

  • Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups

  • Manage professional communication channels

  • Handle email management and responses


Calendar and Schedule Management

  • Coordinate meetings via Calendly

  • Send meeting invites and reminders

  • Review and prevent schedule conflicts

  • Book travel arrangements


Administrative Coordination

  • Handle expense reports and personal admin tasks

  • Manage document organization and file systems

  • Support data research initiatives (categories provided by client)

  • Maintain organized digital systems


Meeting Coordination

  • Assist client with introduction calls

  • Handle meeting logistics and scheduling

  • Send meeting reminders and follow-ups

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Previous experience in customer relations or client services

  • Background in professional services (IT/research/consulting)

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with required tools (MS Office, Google Suite, Asana)

  • Proven stakeholder communication experience

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...


Work Setup:

  • Remote position

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

  • 20 hours per week


Compensation:

  • $7 per hour

  • No benefits package included
