The Tier II support engineer will report into a regional manager or product lead.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer support, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform product installations and Application Security Platform implementations for clients, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
- Collaborate with developers to replicate and resolve customer issues, providing detailed insights and solutions.
- Support customer migrations, post-database refreshes, and go-lives, ensuring a smooth transition process.
- Analyze logs and data to identify the root cause of issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Make configuration changes to customer environments as required to resolve issues.
- Develop reproducible test cases for developers to facilitate issue resolution.
- Update product documentation and troubleshooting guides to enhance customer support resources.
- Develop configuration pages for our products and test scripts to streamline customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 or more years of PeopleSoft experience.
- 1-3 years of experience writing new and/or troubleshooting existing SQL for a widely used relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase)
- Ability to work with global team members and customers from diverse cultures.
- Customer and team focused attitude.
- Strong English and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control.
- Knowledge of basic cloud concepts.
- Knowledge of Identity Management Solutions
