About The Role

The Therapy Scheduler (ABA Services) supports autism therapy providers by organizing forward schedules and responding to daily scheduling changes. This role focuses on maintaining consistency in therapy delivery while supporting families through timely, respectful communication.

Candidates must have previous experience in ABA or therapy-based scheduling environments. You will play a key role in keeping therapy sessions on track while ensuring families feel informed and supported.

Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued, alongside strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Planning & Coordination

• Build and maintain weekly or monthly ABA therapy schedules
• Confirm availability with families and technicians in advance
• Identify conflicts early and resolve scheduling gaps
  
  
  

Rescheduling & Follow-Ups

• Respond to cancellations and schedule changes promptly
• Coordinate replacement sessions and technician coverage
• Ensure schedule adjustments follow provider guidelines
  
  
  

Communication & Support

• Maintain clear, professional communication with families
• Deliver scheduling updates in a calm and friendly manner
• Support Spanish-speaking families when applicable
  
  
  

Accuracy & Workflow Support

• Update scheduling systems with complete accuracy
• Track schedule changes and outstanding items
• Follow workflows and suggest improvements when issues repeat
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Required: ABA, autism services, or therapy scheduling experience
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Confident phone communication in English
• Experience with scheduling platforms (Aloha or similar)
• Spanish fluency preferred
