Opportunity Overview

We are looking for someone who can drive innovation and excellence by developing and executing cutting-edge testing protocols to ensure our products exceed industry standards and customer expectations through:

• Analyzes board failures (DOA/WARR/NFF/SPR) encountered by customers and works with cross-functional teams to resolve such cases
• Develops containment and corrective actions to support product quality improvements.
• Leads or supports critical projects that support operations.
• May support new product transfers
• Leads internal process audit.

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses
• Must have high analytical skills.
• Must have a high sense of urgency.
• Must be capable of leading or interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
• Must have solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g. C++, Visual Basic.)
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledgeable in Power BI is an Advantage.
