Job Description

• Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities.
• Update TSM by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
• Serves a translator between the TSM and Filipino employees.
• Prepares sales representation by compiling data, and developing formats, and materials.
• Assist TSM in leading, managing, and developing employees’ performances in every department. Train and guide sales staff to focus on store’s sales strategies as per company standards.
• Assist TSM in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc. measure and track results.
• Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
• Formulate, implement and execute policies, procedures and sales strategies in the region. Helps increase sales revenue in the region.
• Maintain and build good communication with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
• Proper coordination with different departments in the office, such as Admin, Marketing, Accounts, Aftersales and other office or HQ department and personnel.
• Assist TSM for overall implementation of policies in the region.
• Participate in all product launches, promotions and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate stocks inventory throughout store.
• Perform ad hoc tasks given by TSM.
