Below are the overall duties and responsibilities of a Territory Development Manager
○ Creates channel programs suitable for the channel to enable Sales to deliver targets
○ Owns the channel calendar & bible/performance standards as tools to enable sales to deliver targets
○ Provides Channel POVs in inter-departmental collaboration
○ Total end to end project owner of channel programs (from planning to execution)
○ Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Field Execution, and other key stakeholders to ensure that channel projects are planned, executed, and monitored properly all for the goal of target delivery
