Key Responsibilities of a Hotel Telephone Operator:
Answering and Directing Calls:
Operators answer calls promptly and courteously, using a standard greeting and accurately directing calls to the correct guest room, department, or staff member.
Message Handling:
They take messages for guests and ensure they are delivered promptly and accurately.
