We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for engaging customers and generating leads, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Summary
You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers via phone, informing them about our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
Explain the features and benefits of our offerings in a clear and concise manner.
Handle objections and questions professionally to convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent communication strategy.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Achieve and exceed individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
