Your Role as M365 Administrator

You’ll play a critical role in managing and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other key services. You'll be the driving force behind enhanced productivity, seamless collaboration, and robust information security.

Key Responsibilities

• Master of M365 Administration: Administer and monitor core M365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and compliance tools. Configure policies and settings to meet organizational needs and ensure optimal performance.
• SharePoint Champion: Develop and implement SharePoint governance policies and best practices. Configure lists, workflows, web parts, and document libraries. Provide user support and troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues. Monitor performance, storage, and permissions.
• Automation Architect: Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. Train users on creating and managing their own automation solutions while maintaining security standards.
• Security Guardian: Implement and maintain GPO policies in Azure. Create and enforce SharePoint and M365 usage policies to ensure data security and compliance. Implement and manage compliance solutions, including eDiscovery, auditing, and retention policies. Regularly review automation logs to identify potential security risks.
• Compliance Advocate: Create and enforce policies for secure data sharing and external collaboration. Monitor and enforce data protection measures within Power Automate flows. Design secure automated workflows to optimize business processes.
• Data-Driven Reporter: Provide regular task and project-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, as well as threat assessments.

Must-Have Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Solid Microsoft Azure experience and/or certification.
• Extensive experience managing SharePoint Online, including site collections, permissions, governance policies, and compliance settings.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• The ability to interact effectively with stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to share knowledge and cross-train team members.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and products.

Bonus Points for

• Prior experience with ISO documentation and standards.
• Experience identifying gaps and/or risk exposure in programs.
• A solid understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• An experience or background in MS Intune and Device management
• knowledge in Microsoft Power Automate
• Deep understanding of MS Defender
• experience or knowledge in using Sharegate tool
• Experience in knowledge in PowerShell
